A person is considered missing when family members, close relatives and friends, do not know their whereabouts. The Police Force have designed a questionnaire in regard to the reporting of missing persons.

The questionnaire should be answered carefully taking care to provide all relevant information. When completed, submit a printed copy to the Detective department. Do not forget to bring along the most recent digital photographs of the missing person.

Additional information of relevance should be provided at the end of the questionnaire, even if the need to do so is not apparent at first. Ask the investigating officer at anytime that you are unsure about this matter.
